Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Bella's Home Services is licensed and insured, so your home and our team are protected while we work.
Do I get the same cleaners each time?
Yes, that is the point. We send the same trusted team to your home on each visit so they learn your home and your preferences. If someone is out, we let you know.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with everything we need, including low-toxicity products that are safe around your family and pets. If you prefer we use specific products you provide, just let us know.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Bonita Springs and clean homes and businesses across Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and nearby Southwest Florida. Not sure if we reach you? Just ask.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients give us access instructions and go about their day. Whatever you are comfortable with works for us, and we treat your home and your keys with care.
How often can you come?
Weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or as a one-time deep clean. We build the schedule around you and you can adjust it as your needs change.
What if I am not happy with something?

Do you offer service while I am away for the season?
